The JD Sanchez Tribal Pro Model deck is a landmark collaboration between H-Street and legendary Nor Cal skate artist Jimbo Phillips. When we started working with JD to create his own graphic, he showed us a drawing he had already drawn up for him. JD lives in the Bay Area of Northern California where he met Jimbo.
Born in Hawaii, JD and his heritage and roots are still there, which the Tribal graphic embodies that connection. We were super stoked on the idea and the art, and as long as Jimbo was too, we were more than happy to make it happen. Together we modified a few small things from the original artwork and sent it to print.
This is JD's first pro graphic with H-Street, a testament to his influence and progression in the skate world. The design playfully features Bruno, JD's French Bulldog sidekick, adding his fun personality and character to the deck. We also have a JD Logo tee you can

The decks are made in the USA with the best Hard Rock Maple and printed here in California and come in standard street shapes. The top veneers are mixed colors; the image is a representation of the top graphic and not necessarily the exact stain color.
