You have 30 days from date of purchase to contact us for a refund or exchange.
All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there is a defect with your purchase you can request a refund or exchange, for any refund we would need the product returned before the refund can be issued.
We are unable to refund or return Gift cards.
Any orders being returned by customs due to non-payment of duties, taxes or VAT that is required by the country of purchase will not be refunded and you could be charged additional fees for the customs return as well as restock fees.
